Cancellation Policy
Full refund minus for cancellations made at least seven days prior to the reserved experience. 50% refund for cancellations made within seven days prior to the reserved experience time. All other cancellation requests may receive a refund credit coupon code for the value of the original purchase price, to reschedule an activity within one year of the originally booked experience. The refund credit coupon code is only valid for a single use at check out. Any remaining balance of the refund credit not used at the time of checkout will be forfeited by the guest.
